Now, back to the main topic. In 2013 we are using different gadgets to
make our life comfortable. Everyone has a Tablet PC on them. Gaming,
social networking, working has never been so mobile and easy. Now, with
the help of a 7 inch device, we can play the best games while
moving. But, think about 2005 for a moment. There was no iPhone, no
iPad or Nexus 7. Indoor entertainment meant watching cable on a CRT TV
or playing PlayStation 2 video game. Most of us, Teenagers, played
soccer or softball. These physical exercises kept us healthy. In those
times, most of the things we did were physical activity. There was no
Facebook, so to meet somebody, walking two blocks was no biggie. Most of
the things were physical activity.
But now, exercise means exercise. To do exercise, we have to actually
run on a treadmill. Most of us don't do that. Due to the enhancements in
Technology, our society is getting lazy. On the other hand, fast food
and other junk foods are developing day by day. Our calorie intake from
junk food is increasing, but burning calorie is not being done in the
same ratio. Even if intake of calorie doesn't increase, the amount of
Physical Activity we do is decreasing. Due to being exposed to modern
technology, we are getting unhealthy. We are getting fat.
I mean, how many obese people did you see in 2005 and how many do you
see now. Do not let technology get the best treasure you own, Your
Health. Use technology, but do not over-use it. Can you imagine a day
without you Laptop. The importance of technology is huge, and we will
always be there to give you tips about technology. But do not let
technology get the best of you, get the best from technology.
